Come along to 'A day of reflection through painting' at St Alphege's Hall, led by Shelagh Hetreed.
‘The Best place to find God is in a Garden’ according to George Bernard Shaw, so this promises to be a very inspiring day! ‘Stand still and consider the wondrous works of God’ Job 37:14...this promises to be a day to reflect on the delights of nature in a garden, through gentle support and instruction in drawing and painting.
Whether you are 'good at art' or not..this is a day when you will be encouraged to look at the garden with new eyes - find joy in reflecting on our environment and learning to portray it in your own unique way.
Inspiration will come from the stream, trees, flowers and sky of the Presbytery garden as well as any flowers and fruit you wish to bring. (Photos can be used if inclement weather) |
