What are your hopes and dreams personally for this year?
To make this year's Americana Festival a resounding success and to create a sucessful 'Heritage Roadshow' across Bath and North East Somerset.
You supported the Holocaust Memorial Service recently, how do you feel about this thought-provoking and important event?
I have visited Auschwitz-Birkenau in Poland and nothing could have prepared me for what I experienced.
Why should we all actively remember the Holocaust?
To ensure that no single human being ever wreaks so much misery in future years.
What have been the key events in your mayorship so far?
Being a participant in honouring the 21st Signals Regiment (Air Support) with the freedom of the city, and arranging for their regimental flag (flown in Afghanistan) to be placed on permanent display in the Guildhall. And rekindling the public's interest in the city's indudstrial past as the result of my Mayoral theme.
