Green Park Christmas Markets Announced! With A Special Date In Aid of CRUSE Bereavement Care
Katherine Morgan of Ethical Property in Bath has announced plans for three Christmas markets in Green Park Station this December. Put the 4th, 11th and 18th of December in your diaries to enjoy a special blend of vintage, antiques and a myriad of produce by local artisans - including jewellery, food, candlesticks and clothes! The 4th December market will be run in conjunction with local CRUSE bereavement organisation.

Katherine Morgan of Ethical Property, Green Park Station said: "We are so excited about the market this year there is such a great mix of local artisan stalls, I won't know where to start buying!
"Our market offers a social meeting space with a great atmosphere and totally unique gifts and food produce that you don't find in mainstream shops. Yes buying on the Internet may be convenient, buts it's a mechanical experience you miss out on the sight, sounds and smells of a market. You can talk direct to the produces 
ask PJ's Farm about their pork, ask Kate from Kathryn's Hats how long it took her to knit the Christmas present you are buying. Its heads up shopping not heads down!"
More than 60 local artisans will be selling their wares including; handmade jewellery, hats, soaps, Fair-trade clothes and giftware, organic wines, cheeses, cakes, candlesticks and clothes. Vintage items will be more prominent at the special Bath Vintage and Antiques Market on 18th December.
Traders at the events include: Say No to Beige handmade children's clothes, Mrs Stokes Vintage China, Avonleigh Organic Vineyard, Dufflbobble Crafts and many more. You can drop in to their food area from some homemade cakes, soups, mulled wine and fresh oriental food from Penang Kitchen.
"We hope to raise more than £3,000 at the 4th December market for CRUSE Bereavement Care.
"As part of this day there will be a raffle with all proceeds going to the charity. First
prize is a holiday in France."
Rebecca Shields Events Organiser for Bath's CRUSE said "The Christmas raffle and money from the market stalls will provide a much needed boost to our funds and publicise the charity.
"Although we are part of a nationwide charity, each branch is self-funding and relies heavily on grants and donations. The aim of which is to give comfort and free counselling to the bereaved and help them to go on with their life, understanding their loss."
